Our client is looking for a Digital Communication Specialist who is a creative visionary to take control of their digital strategy, engage and inspire customers to effectively promote their business and brand.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Draft and create content for distribution across social media platforms.
Consistently grow audience, reach, and interactions with our brands.
Manage audience interaction through our various social media platforms.
Create social media campaigns to accomplish specific goals.
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team.
Properly and accurately gauge timelines required for completion of work.
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Work closely with the digital marketing team and creative services to plan and evolve content strategy.
Conduct industry research across multiple verticals.
Assist with new marketing projects/initiatives and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.
Oversee the creating and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
Serves as liaison on behalf of the Directors to the various companies and assist with all internal and external communications.
Check campaigns and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily.
Finding new Ideas and creating Facebook/IG/LinkedIn/YouTube content.
Setting up/Planning our social media feeds.
Additional Capabilities
Knowledge of content strategy, content creation, Social Media strategy/marketing.
Ability to check campaigns and report results into a Google Spreadsheet daily.
Strong copywriting ability. Taglines, headlines, e-marketing copy, blogs etc.
Graphic design ability preferred to conceptualise campaigns.
Social Media experience (Instagram / Pinterest / Facebook).
Photography, video editing and graphic design experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software.
Strong listener, collaborative, diplomatic, and consultative.
Demonstrates mature executive presence.
Ability to self-initiate and execute responsibilities.

Skills
